Hold on to your wallet
Let’s be clear.
Wayne Swan will deliver a budget surplus ONLY because they’ve taken key expenses like the $37 billion dollar NBN off the books.
Dodgy pricks.
Gotta love how they’re pushing a “fall in tax revenue” when the government rakes in about $100 billion more than it did during the Howard/Costello Rivers of Gold years that they keep shitting on about.
Still managed to pump out $40 billion plus deficits year after year.
Anyway, the photo the Wayne supplied had him looking very prime ministerial… not bad for the eurozone’s treasurer of the year.
Nice spin, hardcore Wayne.
That fucking over-tanned goose. Still, gotta give him credit for not spending like a drunken foreigner in Korea.
If
If only he really were cutting back on doshing out our cash. It’s gonna backfire on the Wayne because his cunning ploys like removing the NBN were exposed yesterday.

I’ve just finished reading all about ALP MP’s finally realising they are toast because of the Carbon Tax. The comments after the story (behind paywall) are 99% – why we wont vote ALP. The people are totally over it. A small poll of 3000 has 95% saying scrap the Tax.
In all honestly, I will be surprised if we even get a Budget passed in the House at this rate. Economic fantasy, at best. It is hilarious listening to the Left harp on about “sustainability” when the ALP is not only facing defeat but total extinction (or should that be, extincted? I haven’t got my head around this New-Speak.)
Julia, Wayne. You can’t keep going like this, its just not sustainable!
I also see a new line has been drawn for Julia, September. I doubt she can last that long. It’s like flogging a dead horse.
Next couple of days are going to be cliff hangers, for sure.
Extinction.
Extinctivensss….
Extincticity
Cheers
