BS

Global warming BS has really been doing the rounds lately, hasn’t it?

Green’s leader Bob Brown wants to get his hands on the media… well media that doesn’t toe his BS line, anyway.

Labor apparatchiks GetUP! is coming to Julia’s rescue by offering her a forum tonight. Yes, much better to have it tightly controlled than be going into any shopping centres again!

Speaking of that carbon tax, the inevitable scamming has begun.

Here’s a squiz into Malcolm Turnbull’s possible motivations behind an ETS (I think you may know already). Tsk, tsk, Malcolm.

And over in the States, come September, our American friends are going to be subjected to 24 hours of non-stop BS in Al Gore’s latest brainwashing effort.

Finally, in non climate-related BS, how come it’s costing the UK 53 times less than Australia to deliver high speed broadband?

H/T All the fine folks here.

Here is a bit more on Bob Brown, seems he and Julia really don’t like freedom of speech very much unless it suits them.

  1. Hi,
This is all getting out of hand now, with the greens. I haven’t got a clue what we can do about it, but surely something must be done, unfortunately no one can get the people together to actually stop the nation so to speak, this has been very clear with the “No Carbon Tax” rally’s, we just can’t seem to get the volume of people needed to make a difference.

Doesn’t this sound familiar, and scary I must say.

    Eco-fascism and the Greens

The Greens also share another characteristic with the Nazis. This is their eagerness to manipulate and exploit the democratic system to achieve power and implement their programme. It is frequently forgotten that the Nazis initially came to power as a minority party within the German parliament and only then began the construction of a totalitarian state dedicated to ‘saving the world’, as they saw it, sweeping aside the political establishment, which believed naively that it could keep Hitler and his zealous followers under control. They had no idea of the extreme plans Hitler intended to implement or what catastrophes would transpire under his rule.

  2. The war on Fox continues, I see. I understand some folks in Murdoch’s empire were naughty, and so the corporate maven needs to be duct taped and thrown in the back of the trunk of a speeding Cadillac heading off a cliff like Thelma and Louise. Silence their opposition – same old left.

As for Al Gore, I hope he publicizes this little convo of his, so I can run in with a fiery bag of sh*t and toss it on the doorstep. When ManBearPig stomps it out, his fur will be covered in gooey climate reality. Ewww! Get it off! Get it off!

In regards to scamming, how does one scam within a scam? Can grifter origami make the world fold in on itself?

    Shorter lines? 😉

For them it’s all down hill.

      Cheers

    • Yes, but a bigger population. And considering Australia is so vast, wouldn’t another solution be far more cost effective?

Two lines per home, 56k modem on each, one for up, other for downloads. Use recycled bottle glass for the fibre … reduce the number of curves in the cables, build taller towers, use higher qualify lubrication to reduce friction on the info-bits, create partial vacuum at the receiver end, reduce the continental average temperature.

        Cheers

        • I’m not expert but I reckon some fibre, but also a mix of wireless (pending further development) and satellite would be a much better fit for Australia.

  4. Two words on Al’s 24 hour rantathon: Unintended Consequences.

    • Kinda O/T Seen the latest polls? 😉

Went to the docs today and as I was waiting I had a read of a national geo mag. Within the first article about blue hole caves in the Caribbean, gerbil worming was mention as a fact 3 times. Thats in the first 6 pages.

One of which used the old line that ‘sea level rises will destroy this fragile ecosystem’.

Its a worldwide brainwashing scam. What truely worries me is that at least the nazis were only in power in one country and other countries were able to fight them. If this gets out of hand, there will be a western world wide civil war and the muslim fundamentalists will be there to pick up the pieces.

A slight twist on your statement Wizard of WOZ. WW3 was from 1945 to 1989. WW4 is the current stoush – started in 1983 with the Marine Barracks in Bierut, and has progressed in leaps and bounds since. It will end in a civil war between the democracies and the Islamic/Marxist/Green Axis, and their backers, the banksters.
      But what would I know?
