This government and its cronies are so shameless its almost laughable.

First we have PM Gillard accusing others of hypocrisy šŸ™„

Then we have Greens leader Bob Brown claiming “the mining industry is already putting a huge strain on the rest of the economy.”

What kind of rainbows and unicorns fantasy land are these people living in???

And listening to Bolta and Price on MTR today, you have Anthony Sleazyville whingeing that the Opposition shut down Question Time yesterday when it was actually the government that did it – and only five minutes in!

Not just a lie, but the complete opposite of the truth!

Oakeshott’s the biggest dill here. All the rest, Craig Thompson included, will walk away from all this with their federal parliamentary pensions intact. Windsor will get one from The NSW parliament as well.

As a one-term federal MP (at under 15% popularity he doesn’t have a Gillard chance at a truth convention of being re-elected), “Poor” Rob will only get his NSW parliamentary pension (so yeah, there’s no need to feel too sorry for him).

A socialist with a whiff of power is a very dangerous thing.

“It is time to ensure intergenerational inequality does not become entrenched. Taxes on wealth, like an estate tax and a sovereign wealth fund, are needed in Australia.”

    • Hardly surprising that commie wants a tax on endeavour and incentive. Ditto with the MRRT, Gillard’s version of slugging the miners for keeping the country going. Make enough people poor enough, dependant enough and not educated enough, and such proposals gain traction.

I cant find the link, but I read somewhere in the Australian that ‘BHPs big profit was a perfect example of why we need a mining tax’ (paraphrase).

Fucking commies will stop at nothing until we are as financially well off as the NorKs…

        • It’s in the links in the post you doofus. Does anybody click them, or do I have to spell it out?

BTW, use left arrow and right arrow and shit will work.

You should colour-code them so we know which are really, really important; and which can be commented upon without reading.

Obviously I clicked on it, how else could I badly quote it?

            Like this?

            • Like ‘dat.
