Hope he wins

Joe Hildebrand had a few words to say about this.

MINING magnate Andrew Forrest has stepped up his attack on Julia Gillard after she labelled his claims about her secret mining tax talks with the big resources companies “nonsense”, as he prepares to launch a High Court challenge against the controversial tax.

Because trying to kill the goose that lays the golden egg, for the pure reason you were already too wasteful and thus spent too much of other people’s money, isn’t the solution.

And, of course, it is the constitutional right of the states to harness mining royalties, so Gillard’s federal government money grab (because they blew it all) surely has a good chance of not getting up.

I know Hildebrand is pissed, but upsetting Twiggy is not a good move from the droner from altona.

Good grief! Can we pleeeaaaasssseee have an election. Honestly, this sham of a government couldn’t possibly get any worse. Could it?

I mean really, come on; this is getting despicable if it wasn’t already. -_-

    • Could it? Oh, they’ll come up with something…

Well bingbing, Pete Slipper has come up with something- & it’s not a banana skin he’s slipped on- this finally might really be the beginning of the end…incidentally, Drew Hutton’s gone silent on his defamation agin Clive Palmer (sorta like the way Craig Thomson went silent against his defa. case agin the SMH???). Surely somethin’s gotta give?- just too much goin’ on! Implosion before 1 July pleeeaase!

    • Sean, for this government, ‘you couldn’t get any worse’ isn’t a condemnation – it’s a challenge.

A new day, and a new scandal is the way this government is going.

Isn’t Clive Palmer also taking the government to court? This is getting silly, let’s have an election and let the people tell the government where to go……….and Julia feel sure Wales would be more than happy to take you back.

      Hi Merilyn

I don’t think Wales is too desparate for a droning, econmically illliterate, lying, adulterous ineptocrat.

But if they want her i’ll stump up the air fare. (Hell i’ll even pay business class) 😉

LOL Carpe, feel a lot of people would probably put their hands in their pockets to help send her back to Wales.

      • Ineptocrat! Brilliant!

        • Yep. The free carbon credits are certainly going to Carpe for that one…

Not that I’m a huge fan of Wales… but there’s no need to be THAT harsh. They haven’t done anything too wrong (apart from having a buffoon prince named after them), and to send them Julia… it just seems a tad cruel. Plus, all those other poor folks who paid for business class…

      • Between you and me, Tim’s a beard, right?
