Yeah yeah, all right Theo

Prick. Rat bastard probably takes it as a compliment.

Is now the wrong time to mention Johnny mummy’s boy fucking Wilkinson getting sorted by your other colonial mates?

And what about those coins?? What did Kate ever do to you? What the fuck did you do to her head?!

H/T Vulture… seemingly happy to feast on the rotten corpse of Aussie cricket.

Vulture?

Ron Paul is old. OLD!

Protesters get their wires crossed

The protests in support of Julian Assange one can kind of understand. It’s basically about the individual versus the state, and the state having too much power by means of keeping too many secrets from the very people it is meant to serve.

Essentially it is still a weak excuse as the Wikileaks cables have so far revealed that in fact the state, or at least the US state, is doing its best to protect its people and the world’s population in general.

And the student protests – arguably by the same type of people – in London, the one’s about the government’s decision to increase university tuition fees, is, to understate the matter, really misplaced.

By the individual paying more and the state paying less for tuition, that is actually giving power back to the individual. The calls for free tuition are the most misguided of all. Why would anyone in the right mind want to give even more power to the state?

The massive irony here is that these students and activists are protesting against the state and its power whilst at the same time advocating the state be given (take?) more power.

Funny stuff. Yes, there is a palpable underground movement out there, however unlike the Tea Party, it doessn’t quite know what it wants or what it is doing.

Such is life. Many teenagers want to “bring the system down”. It’s only later that some realise that “the system” is actually people, all people.

UPDATE

Now what will this and the previous dumps cost us? With a certainty approaching 1.0, it will cost us sources. Some described in previous releases will be killed. Others, like those who described the inner workings of the formation of the German government, will simply refuse to talk to Americans.

And the world will be a more dangerous place.

UPDATE II

It is little wonder the student and activist protesters in London have been so rabid. This is a generation that has been shaped by hard Leftism wherever they turn. They’ve had Leftist teachers in their schools. When they turn to the media – whether it be the news, tv shows, books, music or movies – it is dominated by the Left. When they turn to politics, again, it is predominately Leftist ideas shoved down their throats, especially with the global communist government idea masked as the man-made global warming hoax. The legal system has also been skewed to the Left.

In fact, is there anywhere they’ve been able to turn whereby they are not confronted with hard Left ideology?

No. And look at the results.

Even though the West was able to watch the failure of hard Left totalitatian states all over the world, for some insane reason, it was still the prevailing idea these kids received.

Despite what some say, there certainly still exists the Left vs Right paradigm. The Left would have you think that it is gone, and now it’s just you vs the elite. Well, they’re partially correct. In a Leftist utopia, it is you vs the elite.

It’s time for these kids to get of LOIC, and get onto something better.

UPDATE III

Student activism has certainly changed – and for the worse.

Muslim columnist slams cultural bias of Muslim paedophile rape gang

Stuff like this is sorely much more needed.

Via The Other McCain:

McCain:

What Alibhai-Brown exposes here is not merely a sexual double-standard, but also an ethnic or religious double-standard, where Muslim men have one standard for “our girls” and another standard for white girls, who are categorically presumed to be immoral.

If Alibhai-Brown has been willing to address the vicious attitudes among (some) British Muslim men that helped foster the environment in which the Derbyshire rape-gang flourished, wouldn’t it behoove someone to examine the problems among British whites that contributed to this horror?

That too.

I think I just became a Republican

An Australian Republican, that is.

What is my queen doing dressed like this?

It’s all part of her visit to the UAE.

UPDATE Yes, sure, it’s just being diplomatic but she went a bit too far IMHO.

Britain’s jobless shame

Astounding, and a great worry and disappointment.

A fifth of Britons live in households where nobody works, according to official figures.

They reveal that almost four million households contain no one who has a job – meaning more than seven million under-65s live without any experience of employment.

In some parts of the country almost a quarter of households are workless. In the past year alone a further 148,000 have been added to the grim statistic.

Employment Minister Chris Grayling said last night the ‘shocking’ figures were an indictment of the last government’s failure to tackle welfare reform.

Another scientist quits over global warming fraud

Professor Emeritus, Hal Lewis, of the American Physical Society has had enough of global warming fraud, too.

It is of course, the global warming scam, with the (literally) trillions of dollars driving it, that has corrupted so many scientists, and has carried APS before it like a rogue wave. It is the greatest and most successful pseudoscientific fraud I have seen in my long life as a physicist. Anyone who has the faintest doubt that this is so should force himself to read the ClimateGate documents, which lay it bare. (Montford’s book organizes the facts very well.) I don’t believe that any real physicist, nay scientist, can read that stuff without revulsion. I would almost make that revulsion a definition of the word scientist.

So what has the APS, as an organization, done in the face of this challenge? It has accepted the corruption as the norm, and gone along with it.

Meanwhile, back in Australia, Andrew Bolt ponders whether enough Australians have connected their exorbitant water, gas and electricity bills of late – and they’re set to rise further – with this scam.

Carbon pollution: what a crock.

You’d think this would be obvious

But of course, not in the minds of leftists and others who love to suckle off the taxpayer’s teat.

A Cabinet minister has provoked a storm by suggesting that the workshy should stop having children if they cannot afford them.

Culture Secretary Jeremy Hunt called on the jobless to take responsibility for their families.

He said it was not the duty of the state to fund an increasing number of offspring with benefits.

Naturally New New Labor (which has gotten very old), doesn’t agree. Well, stuff ’em.

The same position should be adopted in Australia, but there’s fat chance of that ever happening with Gillard and the Green Team in power. Heck, it didn’t even happen under Howard.
